Dycer Construction’s stepped up to the challenge to construct the Early Learning and Community Centre within a very tight construction period of 20 weeks.  The value of team work was critical during this build as Dycer Constructions accepted the challenge to ensure the build was conducted within the school’s tight timeframes and also maintain workman ship and attention detail was not overlooked.
